The owner's personal touch with homemade breakfast, excellent food on order, helpful and supportive staff, beautiful view outside the room.

Nothing to dislike.

The location of the hotel is a bit tricky, but once you find it, it's quite convenient to get to all the points of interest in the area. the rooms are clean, and the staff is attentive and professional. the food served on order is delicious.

The hotel lacks signage and could be challenging to find.

Location was good and close to many attractions. Free breakfast was included. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The staff was not friendly and didn't provide good customer service. the check-in process was very disorganized and slow.

The view from the balcony was amazing and the ambiance of the place was really relaxing. The staff was friendly and polite, they were responsive to our requests. The food was very appetizing and we enjoyed having a meal there.

The location was quite puzzling to find and we had trouble reaching the place. It was a lot more confusing than what we saw online.

They were great too make sure all of my needs were met. The location of the resort was also excellent, providing easy access to all points of Mahabaleshwar. The facilities were great and I felt safe and secure during my entire visit. The food quality was excellent and the resort had a resort-like feeling. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

While the overall experience was fantastic, there were a few minor drawbacks. It would have been nice to have a bottle of drinking water provided for each person per day.

The hotel had very clean rooms and the staff were supportive. The food was also up to the mark and the location was good for exploring the area.
